My dad bought me this book a few weeks ago and it was so good that I thought that I would write a little blog post about because I highly recommend it to everyone. I don't usually read autobiography's or anything like that but I am so so glad that I decided to give this one a go.
I really enjoyed this book and I'm definitely going to re-read this a few times, I feel like it really helped me and it made me feel so much better about things that have gone on in my life and about myself.

Katie Piper is a TV presenter and ex-model who dreamed of having a full-time career in the media, but in March 2008 sulfuric acid was thrown in her face, Katie has been through a lot on her road to recovery and had many painful operations, to me she is such an inspiration. In late 2009. Katie established her own foundation to support burns survivors throughout their journey of recovery, her foundation is called The Katie Piper Foundation and it has helped loads of people since. (

There's something about self-help books that I like, maybe it's just the challenge of helping myself, I don't know. I've read quite a few self-help books and I have to say, this is definitely the best one out there that I have read. I believe that it has helped me have a better outlook on life and see everything for the better, I am more optimistic and positive. I can't recommend this book enough!

Things really do get better.
